There are biases, favouritism and unfair appraisals! An extremely archaic promotion process which isn’t suitable for the IT industry which is one of the key reasons for attrition there.

The kind of work we do her that include very big clients, the work we do is very responsible, we cannot make any mistake before delivering it to the client, it makes us very responsible while working.

Because we have to support operations here in Schlumberger, the work timings are not predictable. Sometimes we have to work at night, sometimes for 16 hours a day.
