Likes

1. Loved the exposure to senior people who are masters in their field. You learn a lot with the people you spend most of the time with. 2. Office infrastructure was pretty nice and 3. The food was the best part of working at SLB. 4. Insurance cover is amazing 5. Unlimited sick leaves

Dislikes

1. Worst manager(s) from Service based companies, working in a Product based company, total mismatch. Lot of micro-management 2. HRs are helpless and clueless 3. Promotions process is the biggest possible pain 4. Salary increments are rare, but the only good part is the Market correction in 2-3 years.
