I have observed that managers in Mumbai office are not willing to teach anything and over that they expect us to sit late daily. I have a pretty bad experience in terms of work culture in Schiller Healthcare. I request you all not to tell anything against Manager as this would result in job loss. I always believe mangers are thoseyou can mange and guide their subordinate but in this case I have observed nothing like that.
