No job security, Bad work culture, Price list not given to Sales employees.. Sales people are dependent on RSM for taking every single quotation/query about pricing.. Even distributors are not getting good response from company.. Employees confirmation are always postponed and so much Buttering culture.. HR department is just a formality in schiller.. I have observed that managers in Mumbai office are not willing to teach anything and over that they expect us to sit late daily. I have a pretty bad experience in terms of work culture in Schiller Healthcare. I request you all not to tell anything against Manager as this would result in job loss. I always believe mangers are thoseyou can mange and guide their subordinate but in this case I have observed nothing like that.
