Very poor upper management. In ranchi they closed the operation and kick out all the employees. Ranchi operation unit was the best unit in india, but they closed the unit.

Very Toxic work culture , poor system , no proper process followed , arrogant HOD’s , no time line for working they want all lower level employees to work for 24x7 without rest. Shortage of manpower in all departments , HR is not bothered about the manpower shortage all employees are handling multiple 2 or more person work loads .

Working ambience is good. Work timings is good. 5 Days a week working. And ease of attendance and leave obtaining process. Good product lines to satisfy customer needs. Lot of opportunity to learn in the field of weighing, feeding, pulverising and conveying.

Poor appraisal system. No proper HR at function to analyse the performance of the concerned employee. Immediate supervisor / reporting manager's version is considered. No HR cross verification upon the rating of the immediate reporting / supervisor visa vis the department head and the concerned employee. HR does not have any say. Pathetic.

Work pressure is like hell in Operations..they will cook you and harass you mentally..makes you work over time everyday..even on weekends..after all this still you will be treated badly..they will remove you from your job on any day..lot of favouritism..some undeserving people are sitting in higher position and harassing the people below them and there is no hierarchy...you will loose your health..my advice don't join in operations..no matter what!!...Read More
