Nothing is to like, The worst HR than ever I seen my career, Is blatantly started practice nepotism, consistently overlooking highly qualified candidates in favour of friends and family members of senior management from his home town (AP). Creating toxic work environment where meritocracy is completely disregarded, severely impacted employee morale. People lossed their life after HR decision on immediate sack from job, company's job retention rate is gone down(Almost 6 to 10 top senior Managers in different teams are sacked by wrong decision from last year). There is no action plan to improve the work culture, no supportive to employees wellbeing, doing bad politics. There is no job security, 1st u will get promise to arrange all support, later you side lined. Be ready to get email notice for not coming to holidays work. Sacking senior experienced people who already proven their ability to demonstrate highly effective performance, rather than hiring influenced un fit persons who needs 6 months/ year to learn, adjust settle down with this environment and contribute to organisation. Sr people should stop taking feedback from underneath spie and startone to one discussion(Conversation) with colleagues. There is nothing to like about this company, worst company ever I have seen in my life. If you resign you have to serve 90 days notice period, if you ready for buy out or leave surrender option company will not give. HR is like doll management will give key for the doll he will play like that. Very worst don't join this company. Saturday and Sunday have to work even if you put resign. For working on Saturday and Sunday there is NO HR policy we have come and work but for giving compensation on Saturday and Sunday HR policy will come into play.
