This company is not for the faint hearted. Especially the Industrial division. Join this company if you are willing to sacrifice your mental peace, health and well being. Hopeless working culture. People having 15+ yrs of experience with 0 knowledge. And have Ego on the 7th floor. Diploma holders became manager by favouritism and do micro management. No planning only fire fighting. These all things are only applicable for Savli plant. In general schaeffler is Excellent organisation.

Technical Exposure is good here . Good Training provided to new joiners . Salary is competitive wrt teir 1 automotive companies.

Management is never in the favour of WFH . Some employees are hired at good positions , although they don`t seem to deserve it . HR department is useless , un-responsive and careless .

Poor culture. Politics runs throughout the structure, no inclusivity for people from outside. Most of people managers would not let others go ahead. The culture is built so that the company and people are the last priority.

With little effort you can manage work life balance easily

Dislikes

Alot of nepotism and politics, unco-operative HR department. They showoff to have good policies and process but in reality they don't follow any of those. Take example of reimbursement process, they claim to have good tool like Councr but in reality they don't allow their employees to use it.
