Nothing much, but initialy back in 2021 and mid 2022 the culture was somewhat pleasing and good but from last 8 to 10 months the work culture is getting deteriorated day by day. Not at all good company to start working with.

The appraisal system is not ideal or trustable, it seems biased, the work culture seems to be blame game type, and moreover the company culture is changing from quality and requirement oriented recruitment service to solely into target abased recruitment service irrespective of candidate's quality and client company role requirement.

Best company to join. The seniors and the managers are very friendly and help you through your hard times. You will get a lot to learn here as a fresher if you join here. They value their employees and promote them as per their skills and performance instead of hiring senior level employees from outside. Company culture is good. 4 time meals and snacks unlimited. But Depends on which department you are in. Customer Support is the worst with the manager and VP

The Manager Pankaj of Customer Support is very toxic and the VP does not care. No promotion. No job security. Minimal hike like 1000-1200 each year. Even bonus is not sure.

You work here and you will see yourself what kind of people are there on the senior level positions. This is the fst company where I have seen managers having liquor on the floor. People with no good backgrounds have been promoted on higher positions. These people do nothing just sucks the blood of BDAs. They take holidays on Saturday and Sunday giving one or the other reason essentially because they want to spend time with their families however they do not provide any offs to the employees even the person has strong medical or personal reason . They ask you to work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Pathetic culture, these people keep on shouting BDAs for sales like mad dogs. When it comes to supporting they run away. It's really a not safe organisation for women because the managers here characterizes girls without having any shame. They talk shit about girls characters here. Even if you raise voice against it the company takes no action. Surprise to see a company full of brainless people on senior level. If you have to survive in this organisation either you will have to do a** liki**g or you have to tolerate their bull shit mindset otherwise these people will eat your job. The manager they will put you to work under either will eat your brain with nonsense talks all day or he will eat your time with his lane jokes. Ultimately this company has appointed verbal and mental abusers on senior levels. When you join the company these people on the fst few days will show you like you have joined heaven however within 15 day I bet you will know their sick mindsets and their way to handle teams. I joined Scaler in August 2021 as a Manager and now i am an AGM. I have about 8 yrs experience in edtech now and scaler by far has been the best organisation for me till date. Increment, culture, learnings, growth have been great.
