It's always your manager, who creates better work environment accross you. And here I got one of the best Manager cum Mentor who not only provide me best environment but also focus on my learnings. 3 months so far, and learned lots of stuff from my manager and also by the founders of the organisation.
There's nothing that i will be disliking but yes i will give one suggestion, if everyone living in a particular city can work together at one single place in their particular city atleast one day in a week can build up more learning and can boost up team motivation as well

You work here and you will see yourself what kind of people are there on the senior level positions. This is the fst company where I have seen managers having liquor on the floor. People with no good backgrounds have been promoted on higher positions. These people do nothing just sucks the blood of BDAs. They take holidays on Saturday and Sunday giving one or the other reason essentially because they want to spend time with their families however they do not provide any offs to the employees even the person has strong medical or personal reason . They ask you to work on Mondays and Tuesdays. Pathetic culture, these people keep on shouting BDAs for sales like mad dogs. When it comes to supporting they run away. It's really a not safe organisation for women because the managers here characterizes girls without having any shame. They talk shit about girls characters here. Even if you raise voice against it the company takes no action. Surprise to see a company full of brainless people on senior level. If you have to survive in this organisation either you will have to do a** liki**g or you have to tolerate their bull shit mindset otherwise these people will eat your job. The manager they will put you to work under either will eat your brain with nonsense talks all day or he will eat your time with his lane jokes. Ultimately this company has appointed verbal and mental abusers on senior levels. When you join the company these people on the fst few days will show you like you have joined heaven however within 15 day I bet you will know their sick mindsets and their way to handle teams. They provide food and snacks throughout the day, which might be cool for some people, specially if they aren't able to manage it elsewhere. However, it is always advisable that if possible carry your own food.
The company culture is pathetic, people have been hired from BYJUs, and in townhalls etc the higher management would usually spread ill facts about BYJUs, which essentially is what they have been continuing in this company too. If you notice, none of them are from good backgrounds or almas, but still have been made AGM's and VP's etc, all merely because they were the first ones to join when the Company started. Managers are weird with timings, and would make sure you stay at office even on weekends post 9. Culture of the company is to ridicule people and make them feel small, and only celebrate a select few. For everything that you do, they would usually say Scaler gives a lot of money, which is again really reduntant. HR, i feel is the worst here, wherein they claim that there is a no exception policy, however, according to their wish, they ward some people wfh while some are called wfo, no said rules, neither policies. The same haywire system goes for attendance cycle as well. I clearly don't see a point of them building this company anyway, where the product price is so high, and the claims that they make for upskilling a candidate, i really don't feel that it is worth it....Read More
