At Scaleneworks, I felt like I belonged from day one. The work culture is super friendly, and the senior staff are always available for guidance. I’ve been able to learn and improve so much in such a short time. This is truly a company that invests in its employees.

Worked in Jaipur office. Managers were really good. When I joined I used to hear only positive things about the company, it was quite impressive. Even the founders was quite supportive towards the employees. Gave wfh leverage to the employees

This is just not right time to join the company. They are not doing good in terms of business. Multiple layoffs. No work life balance is there now due to loss of business
