Working with a brand, company culture is good and u get a job security.

Dislikes

Working hours are too long which affects work life balance, not much of skill development and yes, not much increase in salary as per expectations.

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
