A lot of dislikes extremely operational work, seniors use unparliamentary behavior to talk to juniors . Inhuman expectations of work. Hiring policy is very bad didn't even get a handover from those whom I replaced.

Employee centric company in terms of festival vibe. Policies are good somewhat.

Management and people are not supportive and a lot of political mindset people ruin the work life balance. At a times you find difficult to get peace of mind. SBI Card need to assess the top management very carefully.

Whole team is fake first they tell you it's you have to convince only walking customer and nothing else After branch assign they say you have to call the customers all calling convince the customer They tell to hide charges and tell lie to customers

Very very bad experience too pressure ATM DOESN'T have brain If ask leave will scold vulger language They do not have manners and emotions They will increase salary but not increment amount will not credit in bank if ask no one will give response . ATM is A fool ,not have minimum Excel knowledge ,not have good communication skills Hello recruited 2 Trainer both are not have skills but hit awards I dint know how they are given judgment Just simply foolish management...Read More
