A genuine reason and experience of giving bad ratings is that their all vacancies are fake. I my self went for interview thrice to Delhi and Gurgaon location. I got selected and received a call from Mr chandel. Salary discussion was done but they stopped picking my call. I was worried and later on got to know that it was filled within the company... I am in collection department and our closing is on daily basis from 1 to 25th leaving 14th of everymonth and if any Holiday or Sunday falls on this dates then we do not get rest to recharge our body and after 25th , BOSSES will keep on calling even on sundays of every month to work even upto 8.30 ypu do not get as you have to attend concall and then get scolded by bosses. Management and people are not supportive and a lot of political mindset people ruin the work life balance. At a times you find difficult to get peace of mind. SBI Card need to assess the top management very carefully.
