Do not work with sbicard. They don't know the work culture. They misbehave you whenever they want. They don't recognise your achievements. They force you every day for extra hours for free and if you denied they fire you or they terminate your services. At the end wrist company I have ever worked with. There is no work-life balance, the culture is very toxic. people in higher managerial posts lack skills and talent therefore they play dirty politics to be in business. SBI CARD sells their customers' confidential data to fraudsters and liability is borne by the customer only. There is transparency in business no ethical code of conduct just politics and a toxic culture. First, they harass you for no reason or maybe just to feel more powerful, and If you speak for yourself then they do everything possible to make your life hell to the extent where you lose your mental peace, your health, and your money.
