Am happy to say worked in SBI cards lots of benefits when compared to other I worked companies. Work culture,salary, insurance overall positive.

Dislikes

They will not allowed the coffee chocolates in floor and in bathrooms they will not arrange the sanitary pads machine.

We cannot say teammates support us always .should be stand by own there without expecting anyone help.training was not understandable..learnt everything by practical experience after allocated into team and started to take calls.salary was enough for me..no work life balance..we have to work as a robot there.timer is on..within the timeline have to work..15 mins break..30 mins lunch break.again 15 mins break at evening..totally 1 hr..it's not sufficient for us..you will get poor health ..work stress obviously.....Read More

Politics there obviously...TL not doing there works..they need someone help from senior associate s..TL does not act by their own sense..they will be screwed by Senior associate...TL not focusing to those who do low performances..they will remove that employee without giving any chance..TL doing fradu velai to get a manager post there.. overall..TL no need in that company..my opinion .TL makes employee irritated..TL should sit somewhere not near by employees..my kind advice..they are not supporting ..always makes employee to get fear..they are obstacles for employees..they are restrictions for employees..better give place near by manager for them..so that only they can able to understand that uncomfortable situation which was faced by employees...Read More
