Whole team is fake first they tell you it's you have to convince only walking customer and nothing else After branch assign they say you have to call the customers all calling convince the customer They tell to hide charges and tell lie to customers

I am in collection department and our closing is on daily basis from 1 to 25th leaving 14th of everymonth and if any Holiday or Sunday falls on this dates then we do not get rest to recharge our body and after 25th , BOSSES will keep on calling even on sundays of every month to work even upto 8.30 ypu do not get as you have to attend concall and then get scolded by bosses.
