Don't know about other region but horrible to work in Mumbai as the leaders are very partial and indulged in corporate politics..only favourite people are getting promoted a huge buyers ness can see here...

There is 7 days work culture, no festival holidays no govt holdiays long hours of work. No work life balance There is no mental peace, Inspite of doing all this its hard to achive your target. Bottom level employees are not sticking to the job because no holiday culture and wrost treatment from the management. The wrost part is management is not even worried to improve the work culture. And they treat thier employees as robots who have to work round the clock with giving a time to family....Read More

A lot of dislikes extremely operational work, seniors use unparliamentary behavior to talk to juniors . Inhuman expectations of work. Hiring policy is very bad didn't even get a handover from those whom I replaced.

Management and people are not supportive and a lot of political mindset people ruin the work life balance. At a times you find difficult to get peace of mind. SBI Card need to assess the top management very carefully.

Whole team is fake first they tell you it's you have to convince only walking customer and nothing else After branch assign they say you have to call the customers all calling convince the customer They tell to hide charges and tell lie to customers
