Pathetic organization to work with in terms of everything such as policies, work life balance, knowledge and quality of seniors and bosses. Most of bosses are laid-back, zero knowledge, poor capabilities. Lots of nose pocking and hindrance in smooth execusion of work practice. One should avoid unless or until he is job less or just want to continue until he gets other job. This organization is worst than the full government organization.
