Lots 1. Zero to very low knowledge of seniors resulting in constant insecurity within themselves. Hence they will bully, micromanage you constantly. 2. Seniors are not concerned or bothered about juniors. 3. Forced to adhere to hierarchy culture even though it will make no logical sense. 4. Projects not allocated as per competence5. Not at all meritocratic culture.
