Nothing is in sbi cap to like. Earlier company was quite good as it was in the hand of SBI BANK. They manage it in legal manner. But now sbi cap is in the hands of bad management. Most of the selected employees have illegal past. Compay use to select employee on the basis of freindship and relations instead of knowledge and fair CV

Dislikes

The behaviour of the management is totally worst. Abusive language and changes in policies all the time. They can anytime ask for the resignation on simple mistakes if u are not in relation or freind of the management.
