Everything. No time management, absolutely not for people who come from outside of Indoor. Despite of problems in Early check ins Sales people promise Early check and front desk has to suffer. Insists on working with less staffs for cost cutting. HR promises an amount before joining but after joining the amount is very less. I could add millions of points

This is one of the best hotel to work with I tried working in 5 hotels previously but Sayaji is the best for all of us from ground level staff to manager level,the property follows guest focus and employee focus simultaneously from my past two year experience I like to say that Sayaji is one of the most caring hotel for the employees, Sayaji have a good cafeteria food which i missed in last 5 hotels the most beautiful thing is sayaji hotel keep on doing excellent practices like 1. every month sayaji conducted food festival for staff and in this marvelous food served with the full course menu 2. every day you will get fresh and hot chapatis in cafeteria. 3.in a every month for achieving targets we do celebrations 3.every year two times we play cricket tournament and in this all departments take a part and the season is never less than I P L fever 4 . staff parties i never seen in last 5 hotels. 5.
