Culture is way too bad, as they say not everything what shines is not gold. I wouldn't recommend this company for senior leadership roles as it's a family run sorta company, trying to imbibe branded culture into the organisation but miserably failing to do so ! Top leadership is not visionary, they are only stuck at making the company's ends meet by adding more hotels & seeking investments. You gotta be a Yes man to continue your run there, fresh ideas are often looked upon as a threat 😃 They don't walk the talk, mind you. Some mal-practices are also happening at the senior level.
