I didnt find anything good.

Dislikes

There is no proper KT for the new joiner given here. Post joining, no official introduction done by the Manager to the team until I asked him. There was no weekly or monthly team -meeting, since last month they scheduled the same. There is No streamlined process and correct documentation to follow. Tenured team members will not make you comfortable or have a friendly environment within a team. The work culture is not good in the team. I see the same situation from other mates as telltale signs. (Check this with recent joiners in team) I also see here new joiners leave the company or they get terminated within 3 months. The HR team should dig into it and need to know the room for improvement, else no new joiner will stay for more than a yea...Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
