Not good place for work... racism is on high ...and they will just copy and pasting no extra creativity. Sales team person played politics with me. On the client conferences call he abused me and tried to defame on the call infront of client. He said that v3ey bad thing.... and after that incident I complained about him. Then management ask myself to resign . I explained but their politics. Ruined my time and efforts over there.....Read More

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
