1.No vision 2.Always fake commitments to our side stakeholders and vendors 3.Don't care about employees future. 4.No job security at all .. either salary cut or lay offs without any notice 5. It was a tech company flexibility about the working hours was there. most of the employees are youth and are in same age of mine. there monthly 5 days we can do work from home.

after recent firing happen twice both at Feb 2023 and Feb 2024 everything about the company culture towards the employee was changed. Not give update about the appraisal of salary.
