1.No vision 2.Always fake commitments to our side stakeholders and vendors 3.Don't care about employees future. 4.No job security at all .. either salary cut or lay offs without any notice 5. They will appoint you for a job profile and after join you will find the jobs you are doing are entirely different job. Also every month they will do shuffle your job responsibilities as per their wish. 6.HRs are puppets 7.
