There is no job security in this company. Management is too bad. Only one man show is there. Company has no policy. Chamcha giri karo or moj karo baki jo jesa he. Working people's are not getting good feedback and return. In my plant too bad environment in D.M. plant.

Dislikes

Many things are there for dislike. Good working people's r not getting out put. Only at the time of increment show off is going on and then when promotion time they are getting promotions those who do chamcha girri. Kitna bhi aacha kaam karo u will not get good out put. Out of 10 only 9 of them are useless persons.

My self doing job in D.M.Plant. working hard in plant and giving my best efforts for good work.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
