Good environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Salary time to time take in per month as of 25 of every month. Appraisals are fair, and no bonuses for contractor employees like me. The job is quite interesting, struggled a bit in the beginning as there were no formal training sessions.

Dislikes

here some people are suppressing lower designation employees and exposing that they are doing all work himself but the truth is higher-level employees are doing nothing, doesn't take any risk and coming to contract employees here they treated as servants even boys in the company get more salary in the company and the contract employees should work extra hours but it is not mandatory for company employees and the company shows discrimination between company and contract employees, and different ID cards this is the worst scenario I have ever come across in my life till now...Read More

Manual work is more, and more urgency cases they didn't have any proper plan in the project team as well as end-users.

I was contractor of saudi telecom. But i learned alot from there. Where ever i went for interview they just review my resume. They single technical question not ask me during interview. I never ever forget saudi telecom company . Because manager level to engineer level very easy to meet and get information .
