Saudi oger is a multi national company,I'm working more than six years in Glass fiber reinforcement concrete,and two years in precast factory in the said company with designated position as general foreman in all plant respected,when I joined this company on oct 2009 the Factory of GFRC is a new and biggest manufacturer in ksa,this is the most high caliber machineries came from Germany vendors and parish joint venture,on that time I'm am the one first pilipino workers to establish that factory with the German process engineer who's given me a training what kind of raw materials will be use and system operation that we can use to process the GLass Fiber Reinforcement concrete,in my ability as hired by the company whose trusting me to handle and run the factory under commissioning and plant star up,I work with my manager British PM manager until the factory was being productive,and the factory was being earned 198 millions in one year under my supervision in general or over all...Read More

On that time year 2015 when the company recruit all Egyptian national they start corruption in all dept, specially in the payrolls they stolen the all collection of the sales and they run away,and all Egyptian is involve in the corruption in the company,they start delaying monthly salary and they not pay until 5 months,and all iqamaof the workers they not to renew,Saudi oger will become a bankruptcy due to the Egyptian syndicate,people are doing strike because the salary are not been received and the food allowance are not paying,that's why I'm leaving that company even I did not take my salary almost six months,I will not taking a longer time for waiting the promise of the Egyptian payroll manager that waiting the salary until I die like some of workers there die in the accommodation I don't want it happens to me,and my family is being worry about the situation I decided to buy my own ticket to go back in my origin in Philippines,this is the nightmare to me and to family,...Read More
