Individual team management is good but the higher management is so lazy that it keeps on delaying each and every work until patience are exhausted.

I joined this company on 16th Feb just before the pandemic. Due to coronavirus company want to reduce manforce and they started terminating all the new employee. Those who joined early then me their jobs are safe but they have very poor knowledge. So u will survive in this company during crisis time if you have contacts with director of this company.

Job is permanent and learning opportunity is very high. Joining this company as a beginner is good but leave the company as soon as possible after getting 2 years experience. Company also creates problems for the employee who resigns.
