Saud Bhawan Group LLc Muscat Oman company is big ,but working culture is notand carreer growth is also not there and no increament and promotion is there and management power is very week ,no any Authorize or power full to take any decision.

Good support by sacking people and sending back to home. Useless company poor management.

Dislikes

Not professional place to work. Very worst working environment. Top management are completely useless to maintain workforce. No professional growth.

Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
