Good food and transport provided by company. Since there is no incentive, increment and bonus, there is no job pressure or harsh follow ups from managers.

No growth, incentive, bonus. No evaluation of performance and subsequent upraisal. Company functioning because of being sole distributor of toyota products in oman.Top management is callous towards employee needs. Everywhere you turn in the company at all levels, nobody talks good about the company and everybody talks about the goneby golden days during the previous chairman. Nothing to like, one of the worst company in GCC, everything is worst, the Chairman of the Company does many illegal work which the Oman Government is unaware, there is also one Gadha Nirmal who was my boss always doing chamchgiri of Chairman, he was a very bad character guy, a vasna ka pujari always ogling young girls in Office .

Nirmal always pressuize his juniors with extereme workload without any monetary benefits, he asked his juniors to work overtime without any benefits, he has all fake certificates and experience and he is an anti Muslim and anti Omani, the Oman government should take him to task and put him in jail for doing various illegal activities in Oman.

This company have no value for employees. in operational areas and the management thinks that by reducing the manpower and pressuring the remaining employees can make their target done. very poor hr department and the people still remains in 1990. if you are looking for a job which helps to improve your career look any other companyas this company no one will let you to do better and if you join here they will terribly use your time and your benefits will be nothing, but the managers getting all the facilities here and what these peoples do is they dont want to lose that so they will pressure you, these old age peoples should be thrown, and also there is some kind of politics is going as you are tamil or kannada, or north indian you will get support but these brainless peoples thinks this is the biggest job in the world....Read More
