- Good for learning only if you are curious to learn from different teams. Just learn and leave. - Company culture

Dislikes

- Appraisals are extremely poor, they will lure you with promises, never believe them. Also, the automotive sector is highly volatile, either you'd lose the job or won't get a proper appraisal. - Overworked and underpaid, all the money is for the promoters, investors, and management teams. Employees cannot fulfill basic needs. Doesn't conduct any training to upskill employees. - No extra benefits, insurance is like peanuts, no free food and no transport facility. - Most people are trapped and work here with resentment, would leave at any given opportunity....Read More
