Company politics are there.management is very bad and HR is changing policy evry 1 week .work culture is also very bad they dont give you any thing on festivals no gifts no bonus

They are not providing appraisal on time.they will told you one thing and they work on that like 1 or 2 months later.

Poor management they have it, company policies are very bad, work culture are not good, lot of work pressure need to handle, Management will not care about employees and employees need to handle the clients in any situation, not recommended this company as freshers.
