Not a good company, fresher required to sign bond. Don't work on employee retention, rather tie them with policies that they change as per their convenience. HR department does only formalities like taking employee feedback, monthly celebrations. They have no knowledge of how to retain employees and keep employees happy. Very much micromanagement by the Management, and are unhappy even if you leave on time you have to say late in their perspective, doesn't matter if you're a student and have studies parallel going on. People with talent and potential are not hired, they only hire people with references. No training and direct execution of things that you don't know.
