Leave is not an issue.employee are granted leave as and when required...good for family persons

No constructive HR policy , HR dept is always headed by family member ,no appointment letter issued even salary slip is not given if not asked /continuously reminded by an employee. They always fear if appointment letter /salary slip issued employee may leave for better prospectus. And even claim their dues .
