They are broker they hire people on project base and fire them if client discontinue with them. They don't even provide valid proof of working with them.

Hectic and lots of survellience on each employee. Every employee have to write each and every minute details on excel sheets even if you take a tea break . You will have to mention in sheet. No free environment. Just pressure and mentally pressure

The team is great to work with, hours are flexible and when I say that I don't mean that we have to work more than 8 hours a day, on the contrary its often much less than that. The work here is often at the cutting edge of technology so you get to learn a lot and develop your skills. People are friendly, and leaves can be flexible if you are sick.

Once a couple of months we have to get together for team building activity playing silly word or puzzle games with the company employees which I find is a complete waste of time.
