Work Culture is very good and all leaders are very polite with everyone that's is the main things.

Health plus now going to close in some months but they give me only 3 days for registration that's not expected any more.. Everyone has family atleast 1 month they can give us for searching new job.. also HR not giving us any previous information about this things.. one day they set a meeting and told us u have only 3 days for resigned..

Very bad experience, lots of politics, company culture are very bed, no job security, zero promotion, zero implement , company only focus new acquisition sales, and new shop onboarding. At the time When you unable to provide the new sales and onboarding then company will be removed you. This is the company policy, total time waste.

Return Issue never solved, as a BDM we have to deliver the product in chemist shop. Late delivery too
