process flow is not defined. one team works on a single excel work book sometimes my records were erased when my senior opens the sheet at the same time where my time, energy, effort everything was wasted and cannot say these silly things to management when we fail. On the other hand I cannot have my own file too. So I think assignment of work is important and duplication of work will be reduced.
