As per my experience there wasn't much problems. Even when I was moved to a project which not completely aligning to my expertise, I was able to request a move to a different project without any issues.

I love the fact that it's not a culture that's driven by politics or power hierarchies. Collaboration is excellent even when it's cross functional and anyone at any level, is approachable. Sasken's culture is truly unique and that's why the average tenure of an employee at Sasken is much higher than industry average and so are the number of home comers

Dislikes

Corporate employees are really underpaid. Not at par with Industry standards whatsoever. Promotions are very slow even for high performers and high potentials. Employee Benefits can be improved too. Employees still pay insurance premium entirely, for instance
