I have joined Sasken 3 months before. The roles and responsibilities are made very clear. Managers are available all the time to clarify the doubts and they are approachable. Multiple opportunities are being given for Individual growth also. Managers insist on undergoing trainings and being up to date with market on latest technologies and growth opportunities. Manager has given sufficient time to learn and grow. Juniors have approached me to retain them in the project as they have seen very good opportunities to learn from kernel to application layer. Company environment and work culture is best, visibility is high, respect & recognition for your work is very good. Managers will usually approve leaves and respect work life balance. Leaders are easily reachable. Your ideas will be heard and appriciated! If are someone like to grow in carrier its easy to grow here.

Compensation for long term workers is average like many other service based companies. They give good compensation for new hire with poor quality of workers but not for the ones who stay for long and work smart/hard.

I love the fact that it's not a culture that's driven by politics or power hierarchies. Collaboration is excellent even when it's cross functional and anyone at any level, is approachable. Sasken's culture is truly unique and that's why the average tenure of an employee at Sasken is much higher than industry average and so are the number of home comers

Dislikes

Corporate employees are really underpaid. Not at par with Industry standards whatsoever. Promotions are very slow even for high performers and high potentials. Employee Benefits can be improved too. Employees still pay insurance premium entirely, for instance
