Work culture is okay, as seniors are cooperative and help in getting the required guidance. There are fun activities and festivities to celebrate.

Dislikes

Lacks work life balance because of targets which are not feasible. Very few holidays, no paid sick leaves (may allow in case of just 1 day). Targets are doubled every year and on top of that last year's pending targets are added.

Work Details

Overall experience was okay as my team leaders were friendly/cooperative. It is a fine place for freshers to learn, build their skills. But too much of targets, very short breaktime, lack of holidays/even half day takes away mental peace.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Employer’s Response

Holidays were/are as per government norms & if you get a hike in salary then obviously targets will be increased and if you don't complete the target obviously it will be carried forwarded. Nothing new, this is how the recruitment industry works.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
