You feels satisfied when you work for differently abled students. There are very few people's who listen them and understand them and if you understand them they feels happy and satisfied.You can see the smile on their faces after getting a job.You can learn may things from the students. Dislikes

They are not supporting and don't bother if their employees are leaving or having any issues. There is no job security. After three months without knowing they puts you in PIP and holds your salary. Actual targets are very different then given targets by Management. So you have to be a part of their politics.
