Work environment is terrible GM of Sarovar Amritsar Don't support his staff , staff is doing 12-15 hrs shift . GM play politics against his managers . In my 1.5 yr of carrier I didn't seen any training given to the staff neither he is interested , no work and life balance all day in the hotel. No entertainment for staff . Everyone is frustrated. No job security . No growth . Overall pathetic .

Terrible experience ,no support from management , GM of Sarovar Amritsar dominate his staff , he don't treat as family member . No policies . I never suggest any one to work there .
