I get emotional with this company as they have helped me in every situation and still they stand for me. There is no single point to dislike this company. Everything is up to the mark but there is no much staff to handle the operations.

I am the second command of the front office. Reports to Front office manager, responsible for entire operations and data Entries check, VIP arrivals handling. Stands for requirements for our valuable guests and the owners of the organisation.

The management of Sarovar hotels is good in promoting internal people to higher levels.
Dislikes
Sarovar Hotels does not have control on the day to day operations of a hotel. Generally all the decisions are made by the owner and Sarovar management does not care about employee. There is zero work life balance. Zero job security. And even after you leave you don’t know if you will get the experience letter as it totally depends on the owner and they can set there own rules.
