I have been working at my current company for the past 1 year, and it has been truly been the best company I've ever been a part of. The people are amazing and there are always a new opportunity to learn and grow. Salary is always on time, work timing for females in thane office is 9am to 6pm, and their are no extra working hours which allow us work life balance Sarom provides free snacks every evening with tea and coffee, Paid leaves, Causal Leaves, Diwali bonus, yearly appraisal Fix Sunday off The management of the company is really good the treat us like family always I was reporting to directly to the company director Milin Shah who is really a kind and great mentor, I have learnt so much from him. No safety of job. No appraisal on time. No innovative. No leaves on public holidays. And 4 Sunday working on Diwali festival. Director do not value the staff hard work and all.

Placing purchase order according to requirement of fabric... Follow up with supplier for time to time delivery. Attend customer calls and fulfill their needs.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
