They do not give any salary during lockdown. They do not have any industry culture. They do not have any long term vision so they do not have any long term investment and cost management strategy. They do not reward for good work and punish for bad work. and many more

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
