To be honest - EVERYTHING NOW Manager in my Dept is bad in Management. He is so biased in making decisions that even knowing what is wrong and what is right he still goes with wrong and people who doesn't question if anything is going wrong. Performance/Work will never be appreciated on Papers. Instead you will be asked to work more. Appraisals forget it - They are the worse. HR don't know their job. Policies keeps on changing every week or month. During my tenure 10-14 people resigned within an year because of unskilled managers and appraisals.
