Due to this government project ultimately it's affecting by political issue and they never concern with teammates,Carter growth, salary, work inviroment, innovation & so.

Dislikes

Government has some limitations,and they never concern with any types of quality .But this big concrete dam with large canal net work so different experience feel at every stages.

My work is to irrigate the fields of farmers through the canal network. Plan to serve best with available source and restricted powers. I try my best so that I can satisfy Departments as well as farmers requirements without thinking for much appriciation.

The company has Fabulous employees and great working environment . there I learnt about water management for irrigation , quality control and maintenance work of canals.

Nothing. Because all company's employees do there work on time and punctually..

My work was slightly challenging as I have to make estimate for maintenance work , to check the work quality and to make sure that all the land for irrigation get the water for crop .
