Working for students satisfies me but salary increment, growth lets me think to switch for better one. In this high time of need I have not been paid since March 2020.

Dislikes

Growth is not visible. Salary encourages one to work enthusiastically but no increment for the last 2 years whereas my performance has pleased the students and the authority.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
